The production of “Bisleri” “Aquafina” “McDowell’s” “Hayward5000” “Rai Neer” “Bistrol” ”Blue Crown” (package drinking water) includes 12 stages of purification process such as Reverse Osmosis, Ozonization, Ultra-violet sterilisation and other filtration process. In fact, at plant, the Reverse Osmosis process alone is an eight cartridge process while most of the other plants offer 6 or 7 cartridge reverse osmosis process.

Quality control is a top priority at plant. Tests are conducted routinely and randomly at every stage to ensure consistency in quality and taste. Every batch of production is being laboratory tested to ensure BIS standard. Apart from plant own laboratory testing, regular tests are also conducted by BIS approved testing agencies.
